04/28: too many ingredients

I’ve been getting back into recipes with 5 ingredients or less. When I look up a recipe that has more than 5 ingredients, each additional ingredient makes the level of me not wanting to attempt it multiplies.

It isn’t because these recipes are hard to do. It’s more that these are often the recipes that leave you with the spice, oil, or sauce that you never use again and eventually throw out.
